Mailbox Heroes ships USPS Priority Mail Shipping only at this time, packages are shipped on Monday and Saturday or on monthly schedule.

Mailbox Heroes Grading System.

Mailbox Heroes uses the parameters of the Overstreet Price Guide and we attempt to maintain the highest quality according to those guidelines. We do not use or recognize the CGC (Certify Guaranty Company) grading system at this time, therefore any returns or refunds that do not meet with the CGC standards will not be eligible for returns or refunds.

Returns and Refunds, and Exchanges.

Mailbox Heroes offers 100% guarantee on all books and merchandise, however if you are not pleased with your purchase customers have within seven (7) after the arrival of the product(s) to request a return, refund or exchange. These policies do not include shipping damage, if a product is damaged in transit MailboxHeroes.com will handle these matters on a per case bases.

Return Policy

Customers may e-mail support@mailboxheroes.com after seven (7) days of the product arrival explaining the reason for the return request. After the request has been approved the customer may return the merchandise to Mailbox Heroes. Customers have the option of either a refund or exchange, in any event the customer will receive shipping costs refunded.

Refunds

Customers may request a full refund after e-mailing support@mailboxheroes.com explaining the extent of the damage, customers are asked to return the damaged product(s). Mailbox Heroes will return all funds including shipping costs to the customer, the customer will also be given a store credit of $10.00.

Exchanges

Customers may also request a exchange if the merchandise does not meet with the grading condition according to the Overstreet Price Guide guidelines. Mailbox Heroes will exchange the merchandise if the product is still available or can be obtained elsewhere, however if the books is not available the customer may request other merchandise equaling the original purchase including shipping cost or request a full refund or store credit.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from MailboxHeroes.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
